KITE SARDEGNA is an Amateur Sports Association affiliated to the National Olympic Committee CONI and Italian water Ski Federation FISN . All members of KITE SARDEGNA receive the FISN card for the current season.

La TESSERA è rilasciata a tutti i soci e serve per partecipare alle attività dell'associazione. Ad essa è abbinata la polizza infortuni personali e responsabilità civile verso terzi specifica per il Kitesurf The Membership Card is issued to all members and used to enjoy the activities of the association. It also contain a Kitesurf specific insuranche that combine personal injury and third party liability.

The FISN is the Italian Federation that has formalized kitesurf practice in Italy. In 2008 FISN posted kitesurfing between their disciplines, which becomes a sport recognized by the CONI Olympic Committee. The instructors held by the federal patent FISN are the only officially licensed to teach kitesurfing in Italy. In according with law, they do to work in schools and affiliated associations in order to provide students with insurance card and FISN patent. During the bathing season, kiters must have FISN card, in order to approch dedicates areas made by various municipalities and managed by sports associations.
