The south west coast of Sardinia, according to its topography and weather (local micro-clima) is a kitesurf paradise, with many spots for freestylers and wave riders. The main winds are Mistral (north-west) and Sirocco (south-east), but thanks to the coast conformation and the presence of the islands of S. Antioco and San Pietro, you can surf safely with any wind direction!

We would like to inform that according to regulations of the Coast Guard and the Harbor, in the period May 1 <÷> September 30, on all Sardinia coasts, it is possible to kitesurf only in restricted and authorized areas. In south west coast there are only Porto Botte kite area (Giba - CI).
